About the event
It is time to come together in a grand scale and demonstrate our gratitude, appreciation, and love for the art of Yoga. All students are requested to attend as well as community members who may be brand new to Yoga. We will be guiding a fun, traditional style session that is safe, family friendly, and effective. Start your day out in the fresh air with more joy and less pain!
Please bring a mat, a towel, and some water. Participants may also follow along from a chair if there is difficulty being down on a mat.
