Standard Class Policy: To cancel or reschedule your session please contact us 12 hours in advance. If notified of your cancellation, in accordance with our policy, you may request a full refund of any online payment made in advance. Bookings made for 4 or more participants are non-refundable.

​Standard Private Booking Policy: To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. A 50% cancellation charge, or reschedule fee, will be required if you fail to notify us in that time. In cases of multi-service bookings, services exceeding 90 minutes, or services at a custom location, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and a 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel.
