Opening & Balancing. All Levels Welcome.
4 Sessions, Every 2nd Friday, October - November, 6 - 7:30 PM. Cost $35 per class or $120 for all four.
Each session includes philosophy, chanting, breathing, postures, gestures, & locks specific to each chakra.

❖ November 4th - Heart & Throat Chakra
❖ November 18th - Third Eye & Crown Chakra
