New Years Day Giveaway at Rishi Yoga & Wellness in White Stone, VA! Come start 2025 with us. Drop in to either (or both!), our classes on Wednesday January 1st completely free!
First, we are offering an 8am Yoga Therapy class perfect for anyone of any level or ability. Yoga Therapy sessions are designed to alleviate your pain safely & holistically. Leave feeling confident & better in every way. Props, mats, & chairs available.
Second, we are offering a 5:30pm Hatha Yoga Asana class that is open to all-levels, however, do expect more intensity as we guide you in deep body opening sequencing that will help you feel more flexible & energized.
This is the perfect opportunity to experience two of our specialities (completely FREE!): Therapeutic Yoga & Traditional, effective Hatha Yoga as taught in India.
