Welcome to an opportunity to start moving, stretching, breathing, balancing and relaxing a little bit deeper! Traditional Yoga has been forgotten and transformed into something unrecognizable in many places. Rishi Yoga & Wellness is here to bring back the roots of Yoga: simple, highly effective techniques to be performed with precision and immense care. Allow us to help you feel better physically, mentally, emotionally, & energetically so you can embrace your life the way you truly want to. Everyone is welcome in this entry level class. Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and bring your own mat. We will use chairs when needed. NEW FEATURE: All participants invited to attend one free session in our studio.
