We provide 2 instructors and necessary equipment (up to 7 people). • For Individuals: Ayurvedic, Reiki & Lymphatic Massage; Thai Yoga Stretch Therapy; Guided Yoga & Meditation; Reiki, Pranic & Vedic Healing; Yogic Philosophy; Lifestyle Counseling; Cleansing & Chakra Balancing; Strength Training; Vedic Home/Location Cleansing & Blessing Ceremonies; and Custom Combinations. • For Couples/Pairs: Ayurvedic Massage + Thai Yoga Stretch Therapy; Guided Yoga & Meditation; Reiki, Pranic & Vedic Healing; Yogic Philosophy; Lifestyle Counseling; Cleansing & Chakra Balancing; Strength Training; Vedic Home/Location Cleansing & Blessing Ceremonies; and Custom Combinations. • For Groups of 3+: Tailored Guided Yoga and/or Meditation Sessions and Vedic Cleansing & Blessing Ceremonies, with 15–90 minute table or chair massage and/or Thai Yoga Stretch Therapy available for up to 2.5 hours alongside guided sessions.
