Use this booking option to request a massage with Ashlay, our male massage therapist. Choose from 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes, depending on your needs. Choose Your Duration • 30 minutes: Best for one specific area of concern. • 45 minutes: Ideal for one or two areas of focus. • 60 minutes: Choose a full-body massage or focus on up to three areas. • 90 minutes: Our best option for a thorough full-body massage with additional time for areas needing extra attention. You may also add Head & Face Massage, Reiki Healing, and/or Thai Stretch Therapy to your massage. An upgrade to our premium massage oil is also available. Booking for two people? Recommended for Deeper Therapeutic Work: 45-Minute Massage + 45-Minute Thai Stretch Therapy. (This combination allows time for focused massage work followed by assisted stretching and mobility work for a more comprehensive session.) Massage Options • Ayurvedic Massage: A personalized therapeutic massage using traditional Ayurvedic techniques and medicinal herbal oils. Pressure can range from gentle to deep tissue according to your preference and needs. Your session may be full-body or focused on specific areas of concern, with traditional techniques such as abdominal massage, head massage, reflexology, and acupressure incorporated when appropriate. • Reiki Massage: An Ayurvedic massage designed with an emphasis on relaxation, warmth, and deep rest, combined with Reiki Healing. Your session may include guided breathing, visualization, and mantra chanting. This experience is intended to support relaxation and a deeper sense of physical, mental, and energetic balance. • Lymphatic Massage: A gentle, specialized massage using techniques intended to support lymphatic circulation, reduce feelings of swelling and congestion, and promote relaxation and overall circulation. This lighter style of massage is distinct from traditional deep-tissue work.
