Please use this booking option for any private group services (up to 8 ppl). You will be able to choose your duration & service upon booking. We will provide any necessary equipment, simply arrive at your booked time in comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. Service options include: *Guided Yoga: Private instruction tailored to your group. All styles including yoga therapy and aerial yoga. Please note aerial is only available for groups of 5 or fewer. *Meditation & Cleansing: Personalized approach to meditation with no distractions. Includes preparatory cleansing and breathing practices. *Yogic Philosophy: Q&A and/or lecture style session about the history and philosophy of Yogic teachings. *Chakra Balancing: Holistic practice for connecting to your energy system. Includes breathing, postures, chanting, and healing techniques. Strength Training: In-studio and/or in our neighboring BodyFit gym.
