Please use this booking option for any 1-on-1 private services including massage. We will provide any necessary equipment, simply arrive at your booked time in comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. Massage services performed by Ashlay and all other services may be with Ashlay, Emily, or a combination of both instructors. Service options include (see 60 & 90min booking option to view all available services): Ayurvedic Massage: Therapeutic massage catered to you using medicinal herbal oils and techniques that build heat, release tension, and promote healing. This service can be for the full body or targeted to specific area(s) of concern. Stomach massage, head massage, reflexology, & acupressure can also be included. Thai Yoga Stretch Therapy: 100% assisted stretching. We will move and stretch your body to help you reduce stiffness, understand your body and breathing, and improve alignment. Promotes healing, flexibility, and relaxation. *Guided Yoga: Private instruction to help you start or hone your practice. All styles including aerial. *Meditation & Cleansing: Personalized approach to meditation with no distractions. Includes preparatory cleansing and breathing practices. *Healing: Reiki, Pranic, and/or Vedic Healing for physical, mental & emotional pain. Non-invasive methods to promote your own ability to release and heal with the guidance of Initiated Reiki Grand Masters. Strength Training: In-studio and/or in our neighboring BodyFit gym. Personal training with an emphasis on safety, longevity, pain reduction, and meeting strength goals. *Available Online
