Service Description

Practice Traditional Yoga live from Rishi Yoga & Wellness, wherever you are. These livestream classes are designed to help regular students stay connected and consistent while traveling or busy, welcome students who have visited our studio in the Northern Neck, and provide an accessible option for new and fully remote students. Live-Stream Students Please Read • Registration is required at least 1 hour before class. • Livestream students practice along with the studio but do not receive individual instruction or specific attention during class. • Please keep your camera off and microphone muted; there is no live chat feed. • During chanting, audio may briefly cut out during extended humming sounds such as AUM. For fully remote students, we also recommend our online-only courses and private sessions for deeper instruction, individualized guidance, and practice support. Recommended Equipment: Yoga mat, 2 blocks, a strap, and open wall space for alignment exercises and inversions. Live-Stream Schedule: • Mondays • 7:00 AM EST • Thursdays • 5:30 PM EST • Saturdays • 8:00 AM EST One Saturday each month may shift to 7:00 AM, so please check the current calendar.
