Service Description
The perfect, and highly recommended, additions to everyone's regular practices. Take time each week to experience and balance your Energy Centers, or Chakras. You will learn about and be guided through Physical postures for each Chakra. Postures are accompanied by specific additional Yogic practices including Mantra, Mudra, Bandha, and Pranayama, that enhance effectiveness and bring a holistic balance to this class. Some Chakra Sadhana sessions will be more meditative and some more physical, according to the Solar/Lunar cycles and participants. Following your Chakra Sadhana you will be guided through a Reiki Self-Healing practice and, dependent on circumstances, you may also receive Reiki Healing directly for your Reiki Master guiding the class. Please view our Private Reiki service description or "Our Teachings" page for more information regarding Reiki Healing. Props are available, please bring your own mat.
